Is Krittim Billing really free to start?
Yes. You get a 14-day free trial with full access to all features, limited to 10 invoices. No credit card required.
Do I need technical knowledge to use it?
Not at all. If you can fill out a form, you can create an invoice. The interface is designed for everyday Indian businesses.
How do payments work?
Payments are processed securely by Krittim Payments (powered by SabPaisa). You can pay by UPI, credit/debit card, or net banking.
What happens after my 14-day trial?
You choose a paid plan to continue creating invoices. You can still view your existing data at any time, and you can upgrade anytime to keep billing.
Can I upgrade from Yearly to Lifetime later?
Yes. You can upgrade from the Yearly plan to Lifetime at any time, and the lifetime upgrade starts from your current renewal date.
Can I access my invoices on my phone?
Yes. Krittim Billing works on any device with a web browser — laptop, tablet, or phone.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is exported to your Google Drive if you have backups enabled, and you can always download your invoices. Your account data is retained and viewable even after expiry.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Your invoices are stored securely with encrypted connections, and optional automatic backup to your own Google Drive gives you full ownership of your data.
