Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Krittim Billing ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Krittim Billing is a web-based GST invoicing application for small and medium businesses in India. It includes invoice creation, customer management, reports, and optional Google Drive backup.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • One subscription applies to one business account.

4. Free trial

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to features, limited to 10 invoices. No payment method is required to start a trial. When the trial ends, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue creating invoices.

5. Subscriptions and payments

  • Subscriptions are available as Yearly and Lifetime plans, priced in Indian Rupees.
  • Payments are processed securely by Krittim Payments (powered by SabPaisa) using UPI, credit/debit cards, or net banking.
  • Yearly subscriptions are valid for 12 months from activation. Lifetime subscriptions are valid for the lifetime of the Service for the subscribed account.
  • Prices may change at any time. Existing subscriptions are honoured at the price paid until renewal.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: attempting to breach security, interfering with other users, using the Service for unlawful purposes, or attempting to resell the Service without permission.

7. Your data

You retain all rights to your business data. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for complying with applicable laws, including tax laws, in your jurisdiction.

8. Cancellation and refunds

You may stop using the Service at any time. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase for unresolved technical issues preventing use of the Service. Contact us via the Contact page.

9. Discontinuation of the Service

If the Service is discontinued, we will provide reasonable notice and a period to export your data. Backup copies in your own Google Drive remain yours.

10. Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal.
