1. Overview

Krittim Billing ("we", "our", "us") provides GST invoicing software for businesses in India. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Krittim Billing, you agree to this policy.

2. Information we collect

• Account information — your name, email address, business name and details, and login credentials.
• Business data — customers, invoices, line items, and settings you create while using the service.
• Payment information — when you purchase a plan, payment is processed by Krittim Payments (powered by SabPaisa). We do not store your card numbers or UPI credentials.
• Technical data — basic usage information such as pages visited and device type, used to keep the service reliable.

3. How we use your information

• To provide and maintain the billing service you signed up for.
• To process subscription payments and manage your plan.
• To back up your invoices to Google Drive when you enable that feature.
• To communicate with you about your account and service updates.

4. Google Drive backup

When you enable backup, you connect your Google account. We store invoices in a dedicated folder in your own Google Drive. You can disconnect or revoke access at any time from your Google account settings. You own the copies in your Drive.

5. Data security

All traffic to our service is encrypted. Access to your account is protected by authentication tokens. We take reasonable measures to protect your data, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

6. Data retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account exists. After a subscription expires, your data remains accessible for viewing and export. You may request account deletion at any time via Contact, after which your data is removed from our systems within 30 days. Copies in your own Google Drive are not affected.

7. Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers required to operate the product (hosting, payment processing), and only to the extent necessary.

8. Payments

Subscriptions are processed by Krittim Payments, powered by SabPaisa. Payment details are handled by the payment provider under their own terms and privacy policy.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through the application or by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
